Commissioned by Charlton Construction, with the ISOQUICK raft foundation and drainage installed by Ashley Groundworks on schedule despite poor weather and restricted site access.

Building Regulations in England
Kiwa BDA Agrément certificate BAF-20-179-S-A-UK lists the following requirements of the Building Regulations 2010 (England) as ones the system can satisfy or contribute to satisfying:
- A1(1) Loading
- C2(a) and C2(c) Resistance to moisture and condensation
- L1(a)(i) Conservation of fuel and power
- Regulation 7(1) Materials and workmanship
- Regulation 26 CO₂ emission rates for new buildings
- Regulation 26A Fabric energy efficiency rates
Kiwa's certificate states that the system, if installed and used as set out in it, "can satisfy or contribute to satisfying" these requirements, and that it does not confer compliance of any project-specific design. Your designer or building control body confirms compliance for your project.
Certification and technical data
ISOQUICK holds Kiwa BDA Agrément certificate BAF-20-179-S-A-UK, which is valid across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
